In a last stand and sustaining heavy damage, the crew of the Destroyer took down two of them before Arryn gave the order to abandon ship. In 35 ABY, during the uprising against the First Order, the Ultimatum came under attack by several Resistance cruisers.
The Ultimatum served as the Bureau's flagship from which Arryn would oversee operations and travel to planets to meet with their appointed First Order leaders. Once she was offered her new position, the Destroyer was placed under her command, and all of her old crew were transferred there as well. The Ultimatum was manufactured in 27 ABY, just shortly before Director Arryn joined the First Order. In 27 ABY, Armitage Hux and Rae Sloane suggested that its hull be engraved with a red and black symbol of a dagger, much like the engraving on the Chimaera, to represent the nickname given to its owner. The Destroyer was modified with a state-of-the-art interrogation ward to fit Arryn's liking. It was destroyed in 35 ABY as it crashed into the surface of Er'Kit in the Outer Rim following a battle with the Resistance. The Ultimatum was a Resurgent-class Star Destroyer commandeered by Ralia Arryn in her years of service as the Director of the First Order Security Bureau, and the organization's flagship.
